Granddad Ron

This is a drawing of my Granddad Ron who passed when I was 9/10.

I think he was about 18 in the original reference picture

I am re-submitting this after the first upload had really bad lighting. To be honest I'm not sure if this is any better

But anyway, it took me around 5 hrs to draw
and tried on brown paper. I think maybe I should have gone over it with darker graded pencil, rather than just HB, and 2B.

Think sometime in the future I may go over this picture.
